Barbounia’s Executive Chef grills up seasonal locally sourced Mediterranean dishes with a modern twist in Rockefeller Center on Fox Business The Willis Report, featuring lamb kabob pita with fresh herbs, tahini, amba, chopped salad, and homemade pickled vegetables.  Also served was, heirloom tomato salad, grilled shrimp kabob, signature Barbounia dips, house made breads, and rosewater panna cotta.
