In honor of Hanukkah, our love for latkes was on full display Thursday night. Executive Chef Amitzur Mor of Barbounia on Par Avenue South showed off some amazing dishes from his restaurant.

Here is what he showed off: Classic potato latke with smoked salmon, dill capers, labneh, trout roe; crab and leek latkes and shaved salad, jalapeño, Middle Eastern tartar sauce; spice carrot latkes with grilled rack of lamb, roasted baby veggies, scallion labneh sauce; and olive oil basbousa cake with olive oil gelato and lemon and pecans.
